Established in 1999, Neighbor Plus Foundation is a non-profit organization 
that focuses on building a healthy community through loving, caring, educating and sharing.

We strive to help and support our community by offering various services, 
including but not limited to, social services, hospice and respite services, and youth counseling.
 

With serving hearts and gratitude,

our volunteers are working hard to make make a difference in our community.
